Remote support
SEMS runs your site on its own, but the CyberSun monitoring portal gives you a second pair of eyes: someone who notices problems and can help without a site visit.
What CyberSun sees
A connected controller shows CyberSun your device identities, system health, alarms and energy data, with a daily energy summary for the portal's history.
Connecting your controller
An administrator enters the 20-character claim token from the claim card in the Monitoring portal claim step of the Setup Wizard; no SEMS password or account is shared. SEMS then shows a confirmation code that the owner enters in the portal.
If the portal can't be reached, the controller keeps trying, or you can use the offline path: enter the response code the wizard shows in the portal, together with the controller's serial number.
It stays optional
You can skip the claim step and connect later. Without the portal your site works exactly the same, and a lost connection never affects local control.
Other ways to get help
The Events page can send alarms to your own systems and produce an encrypted support bundle for CyberSun. See Events and alarms.
